Dr Griffin spent a total of 2 minutes with me as a new patient. I was charged $300. He barely looked at anything after having ear trouble for months. I would not recommend in fact my follow up appointment was cancelled by me Not caring or understanding whatsoever. Bad experience. Office staff was great

Feedback from my mother as a 1st generation American - who's been in the States for 30 years (and paid a lot of tax), Griffin has a cold bedside manner and is short with communication. Not a good look for anyone in 2020 where emotional and psychological wellbeing has proven to improve recovery, especially for cancer treatment. I'm thousands of miles away - heartbroken and frustrated that is her ENT. Working to changing doctors, calling the medical group he's with, and if need be will hire a patient advocate. He hasn't done anything wrong, but the bare minimum isn't enough.

After seeing Dr. Griffin, I now understand why he was wide open with available appointment times. His manner is cold, rude and he did not address my reason for seeing him. I regret not researching who to see in this practice before accepting first available as I will now need to go elsewhere to get treatment that I can trust. I would not recommend Dr. Griffin to anyone who wants a caring doctor who will listen to and address your health concerns.

Misdiagnosed my daughter for two years and would not listen to me or my husband. He kept saying TMJ, but we knew that wasn’t right. She has a genetic hearing loss that will eventually take her hearing. She stays in her shell even now because we didn’t get her help soon enough. When we got our second opinion, she diagnosed her in less than 30 minutes on the first visit!

I saw Dr. John Griffin in Warner Robins, and was very impressed. I was initially worried because i had read the reviews good and bad about this doctor. He is quiet, and only says a few words but he was spot on with his diagnosis, and prescribed the meds I needed to get well. He also looked down my throat through my nose with a tool i had never seen before or had been used in me before in previous ENT practices. Very gentle. Also his staff were very efficient and knew what they were doing.
