I had an upper blepharoplasty with Dr. Kirkham on 9/13/22, just after turning 38. I had wanted this procedure since I was a teen (when both my parents had it done) with very hooded eyes genetically. Dr. Kirkham surpassed every expectation for me, from the surgery day to the results. I didn't have general anesthesia, which meant we could talk throughout the procedure, and his is exactly the personality you'd want for that scenario. He explained each step thoroughly and in a straightforward way, but also told some jokes and had music playing which kept me totally at ease. The whole surgery was so quick and painless, it was really shocking. The only discomfort was the injection of local anesthesia. Because I was nervous beforehand, I so appreciated how quickly I was moved into surgery and how fast it was all over. Stitches came out after 6 days, and already, nobody would have known I had a surgery - they looked SO good! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kirkham for this or any surgery!!!

I am so thrilled that I decided to get a breast reduction/lift with Dr. Kirkham. From my first consultation to the final follow up after my surgery I felt cared for and confident with every step. Everyone at Plastic and Hand was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. The procedure went exactly as he said it would, and my expectations were far surpassed. I was referred to Dr. Kirkham by my pcp for an operation on my neck. I was very satisfied with the results. Plastic and Hand and Dr Kirkham are wonderful from the start to the finish.

I went in for a carpel tunnel procedure and it was one of the most pleasant experiences of my medical history. There was no waiting. I was numbed up and given something to relax me during the event. I was awake and aware while Dr. Kirkham worked. We even spoke. There was nice music playing. I closed my eyes and relaxed and never felt any discomfort at all. It was over before I knew it and my hand was wrapped up nice and secure. I was in there less than 2 hours. I would do it again in a second!

From the time I got the ok for a Breast reduction through my insurance to my surgery was a matter of 3 weeks. I fully trusted Dr. Kirkham and his staff, they answered all my questions from the 1st appointment to the last. They were caring, made sure I was comfortable before and after my surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Kirkham!!!!

Options for treatment were put before me with several option. Everything was well explained during different phases of treatment.

Everyone I interacted with at this practice was pleaant and caring. This made my experience with Dr Kirkham all the more positive. When I came to the practice, I was dealing with a personal life crisis. Dr. Kirkham was very cognizant of this and he took time to explain my condition, describe treatment options and answer all my questions. Being professional and compassionate all at the same time is a gift. I had a great deal of confidence in him, so my very positive outcome came as no surprise.

Dr. Kirkham was great in setting expectations and providing information regarding the procedure, process and outcome. Appointments prior to surgery were informative and helpful - time periods appropriate. Day of surgery was also well managed and I was comfortable and a participant during the procedure. Staff was friendly and caring during the recovery period. The entire experience was great. Although it has only been 3 weeks, I already am happy with results.

Saw Dr. Kirkham for hand and wrist pain. He suggested minor surgery. I checked his credentials and saw a slew of 5-star reviews so I felt he would be a good choice. Now 8 months later I am in much worse pain and my hand is practically useless. Dr. suggested more surgery, much more invasive. Not going to happen. Looking at his reviews I realize that most are for some type of breast surgery. Cannot recommend him for hand surgery. Before surgery I could not use a hammer, now I can't even use a pen

Dr. Kirkham partnered with my surgical oncologist to reconstruct my left breast at the time of my mastectomy. I was unsure if reconstruction was the path for me and arrived at my first consult with many questions. Dr. Kirkham too time to address my concerns and made every effort to reassure me that whatever decision I made would be supported. I did decide to move forward with the reconstruction and have no regrets. I felt totally supported throughout the pre and post operative process.

I was extremely nervous about going for my initial consult with Dr. Kirkham. The nurses were amazingly sweet and helped me thru everything. Dr. Kirkham was very nice and answered all of my questions and more! Any problem or worry i had was thoroughly discussed until i felt comfortable. My breast reduction surgery itsself went very well. I am 3 weeks post op now. I look and feel amazing! I highly recommend Dr. Kirkham and staff.

While I have not yet completely healed from the removal of a basal cell cancer on my face. I am very pleased with the results, to date. Dr. Kirkham explained the procedure to me , set expectations for the surgery and recovery, answered all my questions, and most importantly did a great job! I would strongly recommend Dr. Kirkham and his staff.
