incompetent, waste of time, not up to date
He is an incompetent waste of time who does not keep up to date. He should just retire. Central Pennsylvania deserves better. He never mentions techniques like Digital Subtraction Angiography (DSA) and high field (3 Tesla) MRI with thin sectioning that can be useful in dealing with some cerebrovascular problems. If necessary, he should be forcibly retired.
