Terrible
Telehealth
I schedule an appointment two months agoThe clinic just cancelled my appointment at the same day. They never let me know. They Let me come to the clinic and then let me know that they reschedule my appointment. They also lost my exams that I did and pay for it specially for my appointment.Dancer on the front desk was, I can’t help you you don’t have appointment today.Terrible place!!!!!!!

Cancelled twice
Early December I schedules a biopsy, his earliest slot was for 12/29; he cancelled that morning. Next appt was for 1/26; he cancelled again!! Switching doctors.

ENT
Dr. Simmons took on the challenge gracefully. Meaning he wanted to address the underlying issue of my unknown health problem asap. His approach was what any other doctor should have done prior to him, but since that didn't happen. This is how I found him as my ENT doctor. He listened to my concerns following up to my visit with him. Now is the waiting game of my biopsy results. Thank you Dr. John "Caleb" Simmons for taking me on as a patient and thank you for not just putting a bandaid on my health issue. Receptionist to his nurse handled me with care.
