Dr. Timko has always been respectful, honest and kind. I had so many psychiatrists prior to him that were condescending and rude. Dr. Timko renewed my faith in psychiatric care. He effortlessly transitioned to telehealth during the pandemic and continues to offer this care. If you need help, don’t wait. There is hope with Dr. Timko

Best. Psychiatrist. Ever.
Telehealth
Dr. Timko is incredible! He understands the disorders and conditions he treats, and he always knows the latest advancements in psychiatry. He tells you like it is but also explains why it is that way. I have been seeing him for several years, in the office and via telehealth. I have treatment resistant MMD. He is methodical when starting new meds or removing meds, but is also willing to think outside the box and try meds off label. He is available to his patients and will always advocate for their best interest. (His office team is also incredible! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and will advocate for Dr. Timko’s patients themselves.)

I’ve been seeing Dr. Timko for years and he has always been helpful and honest about treatments and conditions. I look forward to our sessions and feel comfortable talking with him and trust his medical advice. He is always pleasant and is interested in how you’re doing. sometimes the wait is long- like an hour or more. Also, getting an appointment or rescheduling an appointment can be difficult and could take months. Usually my phone calls to the office are returned timely.

Dr. Timko is a straight-shooter and has a wonderful personality. I feel very comfortable talking to him and actually look forward to our appointments. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of psychiatric help or treatment.
