I came in with a work related insurance claim. Left shoulder sprain(trapezius muscle). I am a custodian.According to his directions I cannot lift,push or pull anything over 10 lbs except for 30 min to 21/2 hrs per day.Also I cannot bend or stoop at waist or squat/crouch/kneel or crawl.He puts me on restricted duty.Also because of the injury I cannot put my bra on.He tells me not to wear one!I also can't bend over to tie my shoelaces. Neither can I reach up and comb my hair.Still I am to work!DUH
