Dr. Joi Findley-Smith, MD

I will be leaving the clinic as a patient due to my negative experience. Findley-Smith was disappointing. She lacked sensitivity and would be better suited for a different profession. The issue wasn't with the information she provided, but rather with how she delivered it. Her condescending, rude, and aggressive behavior are qualities that are especially problematic for an OBGYN. For example, she tried to give me a counting lesson when confirming how many cysts she was referring to. At one point, she literally said, 'I can do the surgery myself, but I prefer not to because your ovaries are messed up.' Her tone throughout the appointment was aggressive, and she even resorted to hitting the diagrams while explaining things, which only added to the discomfort.

She is so inconsiderate about people's time. I left work to take my wife to see her and waited until 4:30 just for her to say that she was gone and to make a new appointment. I was there from 2:30 until 4:30 when they told me she was gone then her staff called her to see if she could see my wife and of course she refused.
