Avoid Dr. Bacallao practice at Kendall Eye Instit
Do not waste your time going to this office. At least no with Dr. Bacallao. I was in his office on 2/29 and was diagnosed with a viral hemorrhage on my left eye. Given it was my 4th. time that happened to me Dr. Bacallao sent me to see my PCP to order some blood test but failed to place the order and later on when I called his office asking for such order for the lab work they refused to send such order however Dr. Bacallao wanted to follow up in 4 weeks. What for ? To charge me and my insurance again. No thanks! This is the type of practice that creates frustration and show total lack of respect to patients and terrible performance. Never again will go to this office and I encourage you to look for another ophthalmologist as well.

I look here and all the complaints stated here are my complaint. I asked a question and he was perturbed with it. I dont like or trust him with my vision. Will seek service somewhere else. It seems this Dr. has a very short fuse.

Terrible , seems confused with analysis of test results , gets agitated with questions . Don't trust his diagnosis. Steer clear of this one
