Given 3 Days notice to find a doctor.
After being a patient of Dr. Aragon's for 20 years, I received a call from his office telling me that in 3 Days he will no longer be me Doctor. He will only give me 30 days of refills, and the earliest I can see a Doctor at the V A is April 2nd. My prescriptions will run out at the end of February. If I die from lack of medicine it will because of the actions of Dr. Aragon.

One evening before going to bed, I started vomiting. Vomited all night about 20 times. I called the next morning at 8:00 am to see the doctor as a walkin, since this was an emergency. Nurse told me that they couldn't see me until 5:00 pm. I had to go to another clinic, there they said I had fluid in my lungs and called an ambulance, spent the next 5 days in the hospital. I had been a patient of his practice for over 10 years.

Ease of scheduling appointments: It would be great if he could sign off on a patient to be seen by a specialist after seeing test results that show the patient is in need of seeing a specialist. Office environment, cleanliness, comfort: congratulations, you can hire a janitor! Total wait time: it would be great to not have to wait to be seen by a specialist! Level of trust in provider's decisions: pro - the provider is local to make decision; con - the decisions the provider makes.

I have been going to Dr. Aragon for years for myself and my children and never experienced anything unpleasant. There are no VIP patients because if there was I'd be one...and I'm not. I call in appts...call in walk ins like everyone else....have lab results taken....never had a problem. I highly recommend them....

This office is primarily a Medicaid clinic and the treat their patients like dirt. They won't return calls, won't follow through with lab results, and the facility looks like it is maintained in a third-world country. It's dirty, there are files stacked floor to ceiling, and everything is crammed in so tight you can forget privacy or confidentiality. The nurse took my vitals in a doorway with people squeezing through while I was asked about medical history. Not sure staff even graduated HS.

My experience has been consistently bad. They will run a test to diagnose a problem, but if that test comes back normal, they just act like the original problem just doesn't exist and they never call back. I have no faith that they will actually fix anything or that they even care.

Extremely irritated with this practice. I called yesterday afternoon regarding a walk in apt for today. The receptionist told me they do not take walk in appointments until 8:30 the morning of. I called the office at 8:31 and was told by the same receptionist that all the appointments are full. I asked how could they be full if they didn't start taking apt until 8:30 she stated she started taking appts at 8:00 for VIP patients. Guess that is what kind of customer service you get in LL.
