Lost over 60 pounds in 8 Months was referred 1st of August so my appointment was for sept.14 . Showed up receptionist said oh he's on vacation. We sent you a letter (guess using a phone wasn't possible.) So six weeks later I get in 30 second talk. I need colonoscopy ok. Set the date another 6 weeks.HERES TWO DAYS before my colonoscopy dr has bad accident and will be out 6 weeks. Ok I'm disappointed but completely understood. What I didn't understand is if I was 2 days away before his accident how when they said he was up and going again. GREAT so they rescheduled me again........another 6 weeks. If I was within 2 days getting it done then rescheduled me six weeks out? Something stinks. I was told it was because I had Medicare. I didn't know a dr.office could treat you so bad.Or pick and choose who they want to treat.

I would give him zero stars, except the nurses were so kind. Do not let him do a colonoscopy on you, unless you want to be fully aware of the pain! No compassion.
