His procedure destroyed my health
Terrible. A procedure he performed caused me terrible stomach pain, diarrhea, bloating, gas. I called the office many times and got no help. In addiction they cancelled, without my permission, an appointment I had made months before with another GI person. Months now of misery and no help or accountability from his office.

Terrible experience. His procedure totally ruined my digestion and quality of life and except for giving me some peppermint pills there was zero follow-up. No suggestions, no response to calls and messages asking for help, no helping me to get in to see someone else. Even though for months I've had stomach pain, diarrhea, weight loss, none of which I had before his procedure.

Dr. Cassara was great, he remembered me from a few months earlier when I had the procedure done the first time. It ran like a well oiled machine, everyone explained what was going on and I was not worried at all. Highly recommend this Doctor and the whole team.

Dr. Cassara and his team at the Kaiser Rock Creek facility were wonderful! I had never had a colonoscopy before and was unsure of what to expect. Dr Cassera and his nurse Tim were very thorough and made sure that I understood the process. They took great care to be sure that I was comfortable and when they spoke to me they did so with genuine care and concern for my well being. Dr. Cassera was so kind and patient with me when he explained the results of the test. Thank you so much.

I was extremely satisfied with the procedure. I was treated with respect and courtesy from the male nurse going in and the female nurse coming out. The Doctor was very nice and professional he explained everything I needed to know.
