Dr. Chang treated my mom's ear infection at Kaiser. He was thorough and answered questions thoughtfully. He also gave tips on how to prevent future ear infections. Really nice and easy to communicate with. My mom felt better immediately. Highly recommended ENT.

Refused to admit that I had a deviated septum and that it was causing chronic sinusitis. Second opinion from a non-Kaiser ENT said that it was an extreme case and that surgery would greatly improve my quality of life. Joseph is also really rude.
