Dr. Maslak was thorough, precise and politely answered every question we had. I felt he listened to our concerns and addressed each one. I haven't had my surgery yet, but feel very confident in his abilities. I appreciated that he was able to get me an appointment quickly and set up my surgery in 2 weeks! The office staff was also very kind and accommodating.

Dr. Maslak didn't take care of my mother's back. The first surgery that was set he changed the date right before the scheduled time. Then the second surgery was set and he just cancelled it completely 9 days before the surgery and is now unable to help her! Terrible practice!

Upon meeting Dr. Maslak, and after telling him a bit more about what brought me in and why, I noticed he was really listening. This immediately put me at ease and as the appointment continued, not once was I interrupted or made to feel unimportant. Wrong assessments on my part were kindly corrected. He was very informative and answered my questions in depth. He thoroughly explained the results of my MRI and X-rays illustrating where and detailing what was causing my symptoms. After months not quite sure of prognosis and an unsuccessful outcome from the first treatment for symptoms, I left the office hopeful, with a better understanding of my previous diagnosis and with clarity on what to expect going forward.

Not only did Dr. Maslak do an incredible job with my surgery and care, he’s a fantastic human being with true empathy, something that can be hard to find in specialized surgeons. Cannot recommend him enough.

I can’t tell you what a Godsend it was to see Dr. Maslak for another opinion. I was told some pretty frightening news from another surgeon and thought that a major surgery was in my immediate future.
