Dr. Julia Santoso-Pham, DO

Leaves you waiting up to an hour & 45 minutes. The staff is not friendly at all. Dr. Santos-Pham scares you into having things removed that aren’t necessary. I found out she did this 3 times to me once I started seeing another Dermatologist. And she doesn’t wait for Novocain to take full effect before she starts cutting because she’s in such a rush and seems like she can’t be bothered.

As I spent one hour in the waiting room to finally be told, they would not accept my Cigna Advantage, I was appalled at the number of patients that came and went and the short time they spent in the exam room. I had previous seen on this site that people were not happy with the time she spent with them. When they agreed to see me one time, I opted out.

I waited in a paper gown for 40 minutes until she arrived at the room. Her exam was not comfortable. Her advice regarding skin lesions did not make sense and gave me a very uneasy feeling.

My appointment was 8:30. I arrived at 8:15 as instructed. They took me back by 8:35. I was in the waiting room until 9:10 when I stuck my head out to ask if I’d been forgotten. The Dr then came in and gave me an excuse that she had another patient. I don’t understand if you have an appointment, why your time is not accounted for. What happens to I’m sorry, I’m sorry for your inconvenience. I’m a senior citizen and sitting on a stretcher for 40 minutes is hard on me. Couldn’t one of the assistants come in and say the Dr is running behind?

I trust the doctor medically; however, she is forever trying to upsell products that aren't even related to Dermatology. Sometimes they are. The OTC product prices are absorbent. For this reason I have decided not to see her anymore. She is clearly out to make a buck at the patients' expense.
