Dr Julie Moore is a great Dr. The staff, phone system and lab testing are time consuming/frustrating. I waited 35 minutes at the lab then they didn't have a lab order for me as the nurse told me they would. I left and went back a 2nd time for my test. I waited for 3 days to find out the lab had lost my specimen/test. They said I had not been there but I was there and made sure my specimen had my name and birthdate on it so the lab or testing facility lost my test. Nurses are not helpful.

The office and nursing staff are completely lacking in responsiveness and care for the patient. It seems the only thing important to this office is collecting $$ for multiple appointments, even after having been a patient for several years. I over looked it a few times but it's just too impersonal! Picking up my records.

Love her ! She is very knowledgeable. Staff is the nicest. Office is always clean. They're just the best overall.
