Awful
She's cold and callous. She made me feel dumb coming to the hospital even though I was instructed to by a nurse, the on call dr, and the instructions they sent me home with after my c section. She talked down to me just to tell me my test results were all.good and normal. I was there for hours leaving my newborn at home with her grandma. She asked me the same questions repeatedly like I was dumb. It was the worst experience I've had at the Rowlett hospital or with a dr

So rude. She was the doctor at the hospital (BS&W lake pointe) when I had to go in due to high blood pressure at 35 weeks pregnant. She is arrogant, lacked any kind of bedside manner or manners in general, and is the definition of a cold doctor. It’s doctors like her that are why pregnant women are afraid to speak up in fear the doctor will make them feel stupid. I would stay far away from this doctor. It’s a shame she will be getting paid for this “service” she has provided me. Disgusted.

Complete lack of compassion and never listened to me. She has her mind made up before she talks to anyone, she acts like she cannot be bothered. My husband wanted our son circumsized and I wanted minimal skin removed from just the tip. I told her if she wasn’t able to do that, I would go somewhere else. She absolutely scalped him.... so much foreskin was removed. It looked absolutely horrendous.... literally scarred for life.

Lack of compassion with bedside manner, terribly delivery experience with my first (ended up with emergency c-section after a lack of adequate explanation about the crazy things my body was doing during induced labor) - should have trusted my gut instinct telling me to switch doctors during pregnancy. Do not recommend.

They made me come in 3 separate times for what could have been one visit. Refused to give me my results of a simple test over the phone, causing me to pay another copay. The office charged me wrong multiple times causing a headache of backpay to my insurance company. It was A LOT of money and completely the office's fault. Also, the nurse was supposed to give me a 50,000MG Vitamin D prescrip and instead instructed me to pick up a 10kml pill OTC which wasn't correctly for 6 mos.

Forgot my glucose test during pregnancy, mischeduled my induction as a c section, thought I had a special condition that I did not have, was left in freezing waiting room with a hospital gown on for an hour once and totally forgotten about, office staff mishandled ordering of medical supplies causing unnecessary office visit and doctor made several other mistakes along the way. Have never had so many problems with a doctor - no idea why I stayed with her for my delivery.

Dr. Thomas is very unprofesstional , i was in the hospital at 20 weeks do to a condition on bed rest . i will not go into details but there was nothing done to keep me from going in to early labor i was only given anti biatics, nothing to stop my baby from coming early, which i lost my baby . Dr. Thomas showed no concern to me or my family. Also i need paperwork filled by the doctor for my place of employment, they were filled out wrong twice and lied and said they were sent
