Horrible experience- Dr. Saini is dismissive and rude to her staff/patients. I had a sling surgery that ended up being too tight, had to self-catheter for 6 weeks following 3 weeks of a Foley catheter only to end up back in surgery for her to cut the sling which she said “wasn’t the problem” to begin with. She has a beautiful office in a high end area with terrible after care.

Seeing her made me worse, and she was dismissive
Dr. Saini came highly recommended, so I was really disappointed how her advice (drink a max of 48 oz. of water per day, and nothing else, despite working out a fair amount) led to me developing a new and much worse condition. And when I went to her with the pain, she was very dismissive and stood by her advice to not drink. She also put me on a medication that made me very foggy and the starting dose was clearly way too high, but when I contacted the office about this, it took them four days to get back to me, during which time I decided to stop the medication and find a new doctor.

Dr Joy Saini is a joy, and also caring and professional. I am very thankful my primary care doctor referred me to her. At each visit, Dr. Saini took the time to learn about my symptoms and recommended a course of action, which has been successful. If you need these types of medical services, I highly recommend Dr. Saini.

I found Dr. Saini to be very professional. She took great care to explain my condition and then thoroughly discussed treatment options. She was both warm and reassuring on the day of surgery and I feel that both she and her team took exquisite care of me before, during and after. I would highly recommend this doctor and this practice. From the bottom of my heart ... thank you.
