Dropped insurance without prescriptions!
My insurance (Tricare) was dropped suddenly by Maxhealth. I was left with minimal prescriptions left. My new Dr cant see me for months. I asked Dr Yeli to provide enough prescription to het me to my first appointment with my new Dr and was refused. I have years of medical history on the prescriptions (antacid and statin) but refused to give me a couple if months. Now I will go without as a result. So much for do no harm and taking care of patients! Very disappointed and concerned about prolong gap in prescription coverage.

I am unable to rate the doctor but am leaving a note out of frustration with the office. I've tried to get a new patient appt for weeks now and I've been ignored. First I gave personal information and was told I'd be called back, but was never called. I've left voicemails asking for appts. Giving up and moving on.

Dr. Yeli herself is a kind woman but I will never return to this office. The lady checking people in was unbelievably rude, being short and condescending to people on the phone. People are calling you or visiting this office when things are wrong, you need to have compassion and be understanding, not act like everyone is an inconvenience to you. The doctor herself was kind and I liked her but she told me I was having procedures done that day and they didn't happen. When her nurse was done with an EKG, she opened the door, walked out, sat at a desk and left me in the room. I walked out and asked if I could go, she said yes, I asked where do I go (I was a new patient) and she pointed down the hall and said "that way". I have no idea if I was supposed to check-out or just leave. Absolutely no compassion or caring people in this office. Don't go here unless you are okay with cold and rude staff. Maybe she has another office you can see her at, DO NOT GO TO Bee Ridge office.

Not compassionate, welcome to a new patient and her English is hard to understand. The office is old and outdated. The rooms are so small, maybe 8 x 8 box.

Dr. Yeli is an excellent doctor. She always listens to all of my concerns and answers all of my questions. Her staff is super nice and they get referrals & lab orders/diagnostic orders done ASAP. Very easy to get an appointment and always a short wait time. I highly recommend Dr. Yeli to everyone.

Dr Yeli's office practices did not work for me. I saw her for a routine pre-surgery check. No one could draw my blood and she argued with me when I asked for my blood order so I could have it done elsewhere. The staff was rude when I followed Yeli's direction to return at 8:30 in the morning for a draw. My surgery is in 2 days and the order for a blood draw is still not at the lab where they were told to send it.

This was my first appointment with Dr Yeli and I was very comfortable and impressed. I didn't have to wait very long to be seen and Dr. Yeli spent quite a long time with me reviewing my history and recommending tests that should be done before our next appointment. I feel the Dr Yeli is very through and am sure that she will see that I have good care.

Have had problems with referrals; her assistants seems to have attitude problems which no doubt reflects hers; even though I have repeatedly told her I work from 8 to 5, she still arbitrarily sets appointments for the middle of the day & wonders why I object; main concern is her lack of concern for details & forcing patients to come in for an OV before she will write referrals; she clearly is not concerned about her patient's well being; had to go to ER as she did not have time
