She always went above and beyond in helping me get care. She was also very accessible. At first I had trouble getting messages to her through the office, but once I told her of this issue, she went so far as to give me her direct line and always made herself available. She helped me tremendously & had vast knowledge of a disease that is very rare that I've had for over 12yrs. I'd recommend her to anyone.

The worst Rheumatologist ever. I visited Dr. B office on August 4 regarding a swollen knee. I was referred to her by the emergency room. My first issue is that on the day of the appointment she want to me come in early because because she was busy. Ok, fine instead of 11:45am I was able to get in at around 10:30am. I explained to the receptionist that I didn’t have the $218.00 however could they bill me. They informed that yes I could. I get to her location the receptionist guy was very rude, and informs that in order to see the Dr. I would have to pay $218.00. I explain that I couldn’t and that I spoke with the receptionist and she informed that I could pay later. The guy tells me that unfortunately that is not true and that I would have to pay. I had to use my credit card in order to get serviced. Dr. B comes to see me for 15 minutes and performs the same ultrasound that Emergency room performs. She then tells me that I she does not know why knee is swollen and that I would need a a MRI!! Are you kidding me! Then she says she needs blood work and leaves. I go to the lab and they next day I get hit with test results that I don’t know what they mean. I called the office several times and wrote in MyChart to her to ask her what it means and nothing. For $218.00 this service was horrible and I could have used that to fly home and see my doctors. Mind you, my leg is still swollen! She does not follow up with patients. Does not explain if you have an issue or not. However, she does collect payment. I definitely would not recommend her unless you just like throwing away money.

She wouldn’t take the time to listen to what I was saying and kept trying to blame my symptoms on medications that I was no longer taking. After leaving multiple messages prior to a long weekend regarding increased pain and asking for medications to prevent the episode, I didn’t even get a response from her (or her staff). For someone with an autoimmune disease, this can mean months of unnecessary pain that could have been prevented. I won’t be going back.

I have been rescheduled twice. The first time, in May, they forgot to call me, I showed up and she was out of town. My new appointment would have been in January. 7 Months is ridiculous and not courteous. I had to get an appointment with another doctor 300 miles away. I would not ever recommend anyone to make an appointment with this doctor

Bed side manor leaves a lot to be desired. Wasn't prepared. Lost my bloodwork twice. Misplaced my MRI. Was suppose to call me after the lab came back at 1 with my labs, it's been a week. Still no call. Sent me away with hand written instructions I can't read with no follow up appt. was expecting more since I had to wait 4 months for the appt.

Has helped more with my Rheumatoid Arthritis than any other doctor has been able to in many years. Knowledgeable, accommodating, helpful Rheumatoglist. Good experiences with nurse and front desk staff as well, but trouble getting through call center in past. Most often I email her and her nurse for quicker reponse.
