The office staff is terrible, the doctor is not confident, his practices are not confident. The judgement for what the next step that should be taken due to your back pain is not precise. They will send you a bill after two years, stating that you owe a co-pay, and if you don't pay this co-pay, they threaten you to send it to the collection agency. Overall not very happy with the medical care provided by Dr.Panchal and his team. Also one last thing, i would REALLY think about getting back surgery with this doctor.

Treated my mother for subdural hematoma and emergency surgery. Fabulous doctor that provided understandable information to us as well as my mother. Extremely attentive at appointments and always puts the patients best interest first. Asks the right questions, makes sure patient understands. Highly recommend Dr. Panchal

Dr Panchal is actually a very nice & thorough doctor. Unfortunately, his front office ladies are HORRIBLE!!! I only gave 5 stars to Dr Panchal because if you're willing to endure rude, incompetent & lazy assistants, then he's worth it. They do NOTHING to get a referral and go back to the primary. I know it's the insurance company but if we did this BEFORE the appointment it would relieve ALOT of frustration. It all falls in the hands of the patient. Dr is great, staff...not at all.

I have had 2 laminectomies for spinal stenosis over a 10 year period with Dr. Panchal (on different spinal segments). My outcomes for both have been excellent. He gets right to the point and gets the job done. He is not the most outgoing person so you need to ask questions beyond the basics but he is very competent. If he says you will be walking in so many days he is right. I have a lot of confidence in him and would recommend him greatly.

He was very dismissive and didn't seem interested in listening to me or hearing about my condition. He started bad mouthing my other doctors and more or less calling me a junkie for using narcotics to deal with low back pain. This was the worst experience I've ever had with any doctor. During my second visit it seemed like he didn't even look at my test results and quickly came in and said that there was nothing to be done and I'd just have to live with the pain. I left in tears that day.
