This organization is very cavalier about patient care. When I arrived for my last appointment I was told that I had cancelled the appointment! I had not. Later the office administrator contacted me and admitted that a staff employee had "hit the wrong button" to cancel my properly scheduled appointment. This is one of the worst experiences I've had in my life with a healthcare provider. If they cannot be relied upon to properly safeguard a patient's appointments why should one rely upon them for their health care needs. The flippant attitude of the office administrator when she justified the customer breakdown was: "people make mistakes". Well Ms. Office Administrator I don't want you making "mistakes" with my health care!!

Dr. Boone has taken excellent care of our family over the years. She is a truly remarkable physician who genuinely listens. She is smart, kind, and knowledgeable. She deserves every single star of this review.

Wonderful Dr.! I've had problems with my ears for years and no other Dr. could solve the problem. One visit to Dr. Boone and the problem is gone! I highly recommend her! She is amazing!

She is very caring and works well with other doctors when there are other health issues to be considered. Very knowledgable and helpful in working with insurance issues and tries hard to solve the cause of problems rather than going for the quick, or easiest, option for herself. Very thorough with all testing on sight.

Myself and my family have been patients of Dr. Boone at Midwest ENT Center for over 20 year. She has treated all 3 of our children for various needs as well as my wife and myself. She has an excellent bedside manor, will always resolve any issues with positive result. The audiology department and the allergy departments are also excellent!

I have seen Dr. Boone several times and have been very satisfied with all aspects of care. She is a very sweet and knowledgable doctor and I recommend her to everyone.
She performed surgery on my late husband and his father to remove skin cancer from their noses and ear.

Dr. Boone cares, really cares not only about your sinuses or ear conditions, but also about your total well-being. She takes time with you during an appointment and does not rush. I highly recommend her.

Front desk was very efficient in checking me in. Only waited 5 minutes , & was called back to see Dr. Boone, she came right in, we reviewed my chart, asked how I was doing , did exam, talked about meds. She answered my questions so that I could understand. I would definitely recommend Dr. Boone

I only waited a few minutes in the exam room. Dr. Boone is always prompt and has a very upbeat and pleasing personality. She answered all my questions and explained her answers. Plus she inquired about symptoms that could cause a problem done the road. I would recommend her with no hesitation.

While good at her field of practice, her bedside manner and interaction with patients is one of the worst I have seen. I will NOT recommend her to anyone. She has very little concern for her pantie ts Asa person.

I had a terrible experience with Karen Boone and her office staff. She was very rude and did not answer my questions. She rushed the appointment along and was just concerned about making money off of parients for tests not needed. Everytime i tried to ask a question or give her my symptoms, she cut me off and never gave me an answer. She left the room and never returned and next thing i knew was my appointment was over. I left there worse off medically and wasted an entire day there.
