What I expected to be a rushed appointment was anything but. Dr. Lauze spent plenty of time to ask questions, write notes and really learn about my situation. I feel comfortable that decisions were made based on full knowledge of my whole health which will lead to long term results. I also appreciate that Dr. Lauze wants to be sure she has all the necessary information before simply applying a "fix pill" to the situation.

Horrible person to see,she told my sister who has been clinicaly diagnosed with epolepsy (since berth) she didn't. She said I was faking a concussion when I did have one, as well as a spinal cord leak. She said I couldn't be dizzy or that I had headaches, when I did...someone I would NOT recommend! Or trust. I'm currently seeing other physicians that have properly diagnosed me. Good luck...

20 minute appointment, which she took a phone call during. Stated that "Your on my time, not yours". I found her somewhat rude and did not discuss any tests that she had ordered for me when I asked. No physical, just Briefly looked at my hands and feet. I am not looking forward to EMG, as caring is not in her DNA

If you want someone to give you big hugs, you are not going to get them. She doesn't have to. She is very direct. She is going to try to help you. I say this after reading all of the reviews. After my first visit, she ordered copies of everything that had been looked at over the last 7 years during which time all doctors, except my primary care, insisted that I was having pseudo-seizures. She asked me questions. I had brought my son who has watched over the last 7 years and he was able to clarify some of my responses. She ordered 2 tests which had been done before, a head MRI, to see if there had been changes over the years, and a longer EEG. She saw something odd in the extended EEG that no other doctor had seen. We are treating the symptoms, looking for the right medication that might help me. If nothing works, at least I have more information to go on. She never dismissed what I said nor treated me as a hypochondriac. Something is wrong and she, unlike others, is looking.

I saw Dr. Lauze for an EMG at Portsmouth Hospital. I found her to be the least communicative and disconnected doctor I have ever met. The order was supposed to have been faxed by the referring physician, but she decided to do the procedure without it. She never looked at me, asked only one question, and when I tried to give her information it was received on deaf ears. She never explained anything and grunted one word responses when I asked questions. Do not use her if you want communication.

My recent visit with Dr. Lauze was thorough, professional and specific. She asked questions about my specific symptoms and recommended labs as well as a cat scan to help rule out any underlying causes of my headaches. Very courteous and professional I would definitely refer family and friends to her.

This was my 3rd appointment with her following a concussion in 2015. During the first 2 appointments, her assessment, diagnostics ordered (MRI) and treatment offered were fair. However, this most recent appointment was different wherein she asked me questions only, did not do a physical examination and proceeded to suggest medication, of which I refused. She then suggested the "Bio-feedback Method". That someone would be in touch to schedule this appt., which never happened.

I have had two appointments with Dr. Lauze. The first time was for an E.M.G. on my paralyzed leg where she found a trouble spot. After many other appointments and tests, I decided to see her again. She spent the whole appointment staring into the computer screen with little to say. She ordered a Bone Scan. Bone scan done, she dropped me like a rock! I did not even have an out briefing with her. I'm sure the hospital was glad to use their scanner. I say, run fast and run far!!!
