When I started seeing Dr Stellpflug my arthritis was out of control. I was barely able to work and in severe pain. I had seen several other doctors over the years but had never had anyone listen totally to my concerns and take me seriously. She has seen me for several years now and has always been prompt in replying to all my questions and labs. Thanks to her empathetic care I am doing tremendously better. I will continue to drive 2.5 hours to see her because she is the best!

This was my first visit. She was caring and listened to all my questions and comments from my history. She laid out a plan of care and contacted me regarding results of my X-ray the afternoon of my appointment. She offered options in my follow-up and discussed these with me.

Very cold and uncaring. I was not given an opportunity to explain what was going on, just asked questioned down a ready made list requiring monosyllable responses. I've been seeing doctors for years and in and out of hospitals. She is by far the coldest uncaring Doctor I have encountered. Her hand shake said it all, barely a touch and no eye contact. I've been in corporate America for 30 years in customer service. Doctor or no doctor, every deserves respect and a level of caring when sick.
