Horrible. His diagnosis and treatment were wrong. He berated and lectured me on a topic that he, himself, was misinformed about. I went to an ENT specialist 3 days after seeing Dr. Ramzan who correctly diagnosed and treated me. ENT also stated that what Dr. Ramzan had told me is a common misconception. I will never trust a CityMD or their staff again.

Worst doctor I have ever talked to!
Telehealth
I had a tele appointment with him through Cigna urgent care. Our conversation was under like 1 min and all he did was asked me to go to an urgent care clinic. I was basically charged $63 for him just to tell me “You will need to go to an urgent care clinic” without really explaining why. It was something I don’t think an urgent care clinic would even make sense. I suspected I had H. Plyori and I was expecting him to order an H. Plyori test at a Quest clinic.

Does not take time to hear primary complaint
In my opinion, he was not a very good physician. My experience with him left me feeling belittled and dissatisfied in addressing my chief complaint. It is funny because I too am a physician and feel that is important to address patient concerns which are often not their "chief complaint." Also, when I asked about certain things, he countered with "that is just not true." Curiously, I would never use those words unless he can back it up with a study reference. Even then, I know enough to know that there are flaws in studies. When I was at a loss for words, he merely showed me the door, so I walked out irritated and thinking that I just wasted $40. In short, I hope he sees this review so that he can grow as a physician because he reminds me of an early resident physician in training.

Confrontational doctor
Dr was actually and unjustifiably rude to my 10 year-old and myself during our post Covid vaccine "follow-up" visit at City Med. He was actively aggressive and confrontational. I understand health professionals may have been under a lot of stress during peak Covid periods but he would not even attempt to calm down when politely asked to. Extremely unpleasant visit.
