Dr. Kashif Tufail, MD

When I went to Dr. Tufail for the first time he made me feel so Comfortable as he explained everything to me .His staff are also very kind and helpful. I went for my Colonoscopy on Wednesday april 23rd at 12:30 and they took me right on time. He was very patient as he explained in detail everything that they did during the Colonoscopy .Dr, Tufail is Highly recommended .

So Dr Tufail is pretty good. Explained things well and patient . Unfortunately the staff isn't. I had an special ultrasound done to find out the level of Fat in my liver. I was told my Dr was on Vaca. But another Dr will call me in a day or two. It's been a week . The staff member that I talked to is indicated that it will be more than 72 hrs B4 they do that. They are busy. I said I was told a week ago someone would call me. I told her I wanted the results and she HUNG UP on me. Unfortunately for her I will be speaking to the Dr when he finally comes back. She wasn't interested that I was concerned and that I waited over 4 months for this appointment.

He is very thorough and explains well. Staff is great at the Langhorne office! Thank you

I was very pleased with my in person experience with Dr Tufail. His office staff could use more training/cohesiveness as their policies differed from the instructions I was sent when I scheduled. That said, Dr Tufail had great bedside manor and is extremely knowledgeable in the GI field. Communication outside of being present in his office was very difficult, but again, I don’t believe that is Dr Tufail’s issue.

Office schedule me for today at Frankford Hospital. No one called to give me time as promised. Finally when office opened at 8 after 45 minutes of waiting and being pushed to numerous personnel, was told Frankford Hospital did "not process" me so I have to wait until May. Very annoyed! Did the prep which is torture for nothing. Nothing is what Dr Tutail and his office are worth!
