Dr. Katharine Meyers is an amazing internist. Her education is extremely prestigious and her manner is so calm, warm, and caring. She listens well and does not make one feel rushed. Her decisions are well-thought- out and based on the current best practices. My son is in medical school and I would love him to shadow her for even one day because she is everything a doctor should be, all rolled into one! Another plus: the office staff is organized and helpful.

Personally, Dr. Meyers is very sweet and agreeable. She is probably a fine doctor if you just need to be treated for strep. I actually needed a doctor who could diagnose my illness. She seemed to lack the genuine interest, time, knowledge or creativity to come up with any possibilities, leaving me on my own. She also failed to follow up with specialists, who were missing information, and took days to respond to me. I had heard good things about her, but was really disappointed.

She was very attentive, and interested in getting to know me as a whole. I felt she took her time with me, and was not rushed. I required additional follow up with her, and she was very prompt and on top of communication.
