Dr Farid is the best doctor and person I have ever dealt with in my 25 years of dealing with my eye issues. The entire staff was great. Better than expected. Very comforting in informative. I am thankful for the entire staff. Thank you very much. I appreciate your staff.

It would have been better to know in advance what some of the possible symptoms would be post surgery, like shimmering and strobing, and halos. I was concerned that this was abnormal, and wasn't aware that this was normal.

Dr. Chuang was very good, listening and answering my questions. I was pleased that my appointment was on schedule and I was in-and-out in a short amount of time. My only issue was a freezing exam room with the air conditioning set to 65 degrees! There also seems to be confusion as to whether I have a co-pay for this type of appointment.

My experience with the provider on the 5th was great. She went to all lengths to help to solve my problem, but I'm very disappointed in the way my telephone call is being handled. It takes days for someone to get back to me, even though I said this is an emergency, and that I feel that my corneal transplant is being rejected, and so, it took two days for someone to get back to me.
