Dr. Katherine Provaznik, DO

My daughter saw Dr. Provaznik for a Psychiatric review. I sent paperwork with history from 2010 because it went back to her childhood. My daughter is severely sensitive to medication to the point she has jumped out of a car while it was driving down the road and ending up in jail another time. She has severe reactions to all of the medications given to her for mental health and allergies. She walks into the office and the Dr Provaznik doesn't listen to her. She then diagnoses her with borderline after seeing her one short visit. She has never been diagnosed with borderline but has been told she could have some borderline tendencies from other doctors which actually diagnosed bipolar, adhd, obsessive compulsive disorder, auditory processing disorder and IED. We were told to have genetic testing for med sensitivity and she was denied the one thing that could really help her. She prescribes a med she has had a severe reaction to and has put her in the ER. Back to square one no help!
