I was referred to Dr. Rinhard by my PCP. It took her office seven weeks to call me to schedule an appointment. When a doctor's office cannot contact referrals for weeks it's a huge red flag that they are understaffed; have too many patients; and will not be able to do anything in a timely manner.

Katherine, her NP and staff were very comforting and accommodating. I highly recommend her. I am mid 30’s and was referred to her for a unique and painful condition that she addressed with appropriate concern and professionalism. He skills were above expectations and her office is equipped with up to date tools!

if you have interstitial cystitis do not go to this doctor. She is not knowledgeable on the current treatments out there and tells you the same thing every time, even when your pain has gotten worse. Her NP is even worse as far as knowing anything about it. In my experience she was taking notes on things i had researched for help.
