Dr. Kathryn Kelly, MD

Doctor Kelly is very tentative to one’s issues, and explains procedures so that her patients can fully understand. She has been my primary care physician for about three years. I have received excellent care and services from her and her staff. I am now living about 40 miles from her practice and have yet to reach out to find a new physician. With the issues that I have I must make a decision in the very very near future. I am leaning heavily toward making an appointment there in the next few days and make the trip from Southern Maryland to Silver Spring.

I had another primary doctor whose practice was an operational mess. Just getting a prescription refill was a multiple call, multiple day event. I sought another doc after a horrid experience during lock down. I found Dr. Kelly's office and was impressed by their philosophy of serving patients. I credit Dr. Kelly and her fantastic staff with getting me the diagnostic care I needed to ultimately survive breast cancer. Her staff are all very professional and caring. There is a lab on site which makes getting lab-work so much easier. This is the first time I have felt confident in the care I receive from my primary doctor. She is the best I have found in my 50 some years of seeking medical professionals

Disgusting!! She does not pay attention she types on her labtop and you have to speak louder to get her attention! Seniors should by no means go to her!!!

Dr. Kelly is one of the most caring, patient, and very friendly doctors that I have ever had. Her bedside manner is superb; she is very concerned about her patients, and takes her time to listen. She doesn’t rush you out to see another person. She’s very knowledgeable about her diagnosis. I can go on and on. Dr. Kelly is an assets to the White Oak community and we love her dearly, and I would definitely refer her to all my friends and family. Your expertise and friendliness is much appreciated in the community. I love you Dr. Kelly ????

She would NOT refill the prescriptions that she put me on. I gave her more than two days, which she asked for, and she did not refill them. Everytime I contacted them about refilling my prescriptions, her secretary gave me excuses. My blood pressure was going up and the rest of my health was declining after having two major sugeries in one summer and not being on the appropriate meds. Don't use her services.

I have been in the area for about 3 years and have not been very satisfied with my PCP. However, my insurance recently changed and I was forced to choose one within my plan. I just happened upon Dr. Kelly by chance. Thank God! She is the most caring doctor I’ve been to in years. She really takes time to listen to your concerns. I never feel like I’m being rushed as if she has to get to the next patient. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kelly. Her staff is great too!

Dr. Kathryn Kelly is absolutely the best! She is kind, friendly and takes the time to listen and resolve your concern step by step. I first saw her over 2 years ago at her previous Practice and now a few days ago at her new Office. I would highly refer my friends and family.

Dr. Kelly has an excellent bedside manner. I'm very comfortable with her, and I believe that she takes enough time to gather information before she makes a diagnosis.

She is friendly. Makes you comfortable and take it easy, it will pass, there is a solution for your problem. She shows that she is there to bare with you.
