Highly Recommend
Dr. Rao's office staff are very efficient, which is nice. I know this department has been working on improving wait times and it shows. Dr. Rao is very approachable and knowledgeable. She takes the time to make sure you are comfortable and understand what she is saying. She does not rush you through the appointment and asks questions to make sure she is not missing anything.

The only thing negative thing I have to share with you is the parking. It is a challenge whether you use the parking garage or valet parking, both get backed upped and can be challenging.

The services that we receive from UCI are superlative. Wonderful. Every person, our intake receptionist, the very fine nurse, Diane, wonderful. And the doctor, Dr. Kavita Rao, we've been with her for a couple of years now, I believe, and she is wonderful. She's very, very businesslike, yet warm, and we feel like we have had a good relationship with UCI through her. Thank you. Bye.
