Dr. Keisa Fallin-Bennett, MD

Dr. Fallin-Bennett is an amazingly affirming, patient, thorough, supportive physician. I highly recommend her!

Insensitive and invalidating at times. When I showed hesitation to have FtM top surgery with the surgeon at UK (bc I don't like his results) she told me that sometimes people's gender dysphoria is just so bad they go with the first option instead of the best option. Extremely invalidating and I felt pressured into accepting her refferal to a sub-par surgeon.

Dr. Fallin-Bennett has been my physician for two years. She is always very attentive and never rushes in and out making you feel like an inconvenience or one of the many patients she must see, answers questions thoroughly in session and through the online portal message feature if you use it, follows up from specialists and other visits, etc. As a clinician specializing in treatment for LGBTQ individuals, she is also very knowledgeable of unique population needs and circumstances and looks for services to work around various insurance and other options that may arise for some of her patients.

This physician, along with her medical clinic, Transform Health, advertise for a new kind of healthcare delivery - one that is inclusive, welcoming, and knowledgeable. That is not the kind of service I received. I called to make an appointment but was told no new patients were being accepted. The receptionist failed to mention other providers were available. I was nervous about making the call. The office was cold, unwelcoming, and not totally forthcoming with information. I recommend going elsewhere.
