Meticulous, great communicator, confident, direct and provides realistic expectations. I've worked in health care for over 40 years and I can identity a very confident doc He's very straight up/no nonsense.

I had a serious finger injury and Dr Follmar stayed into the early evening to wait for me to arrive at his office. He treated my finger which healed very well. He was compassionate and caring. I would highly recommend Dr Follmar.

Had the worst experience with Follmar. He was arrogant and most unhelpful. I have an extensive medical background and knew a lot more about much of what we discussed. Even though my symptoms did not match up with a quick test he did, he wanted to give me a shot. I was considering it but after he continued to say things that are not medically advised, like to wear a restrictive wrist/thumb brace for 23 hours a day after the shot while working full time on a computer, I was not comfortable with him. This was just one of many things he was completely wrong about and very "know it all" about each thing. He also told me to file a WC claim when I am self-employed and therefore not eligible for WC. At that point he was down right rude. Do NOT go to him. There are way better doctors out there.

Dr. Follmar is an excellent physican. I was immediately comfortable with his demeanor and chairside manner. He was very professional and thorough at my initial office visit for a upper eyelid candidate. To reasure me, he suggested I see his colleague for a second opinion (Dr. Daniel Jacobs) who was also superior. I can't say enough great things about this team!

my 4 year old son got into a bad accident. He has a bad cut on his wrist and he is truly an instrument of God to save my son’s right hand. I see his compassionate as a parent too and I am wholeheartedly grateful for meeting him in a wrong time. He help our family and this is big thing to consider him to be your doctor.

Dr. Follmar is an outstanding doctor/ surgeon. I visited him in 6/10/2016 for my post breast surgery wound issue. His confident countenance makes patients feel comfortable around him; his positive assurance is from being knowledgeable, experienced and skillful. He had answers to all my questions and more, also treated my problematic wound (which bothered me for 2 weeks) readily and effortlessly. My wound is healing nicely now. That far exceeded my expectations. He is the best of the best!
