Misdiagnosed
Horrible office to deal with. Misdiagnosed a tumor for a cyst. Dana in billing makes clerical errors and takes no ownership in making things right. Drove an hour to attend appointment and no accountability for the error was taken. Expected to pay full price despite being told that the follow up appointment was covered under global. This was an error that could have been explained over the phone during the one month period that passed between appointments. What can’t be explained over the phone is the misdiagnosis and downplay of a tumor for something that was seen as not medically necessary. I hope my experience serves as a lesson that the doctor is not always right, and to always get a second opinion.

I highly recommend Dr. Krier and Surgical Associates. Although I had a diagnosis that was difficult to hear, Dr. Krier treated me with respect and compassion and made me feel as comfortable and confident as possible. The team she suggested (Dr. Yiee and Dr. Avery) was a great fit for me. Brittany is terrific as well!

I would highly recommend Dr. Kelly Krier to my family and friends. She was warm, welcoming, friendly with a great sense of humor, trustworthy, and always took time to answer my questions. She explained the procedures very well. She was very professional and never rushed my appointments. She took good care of me during my rectal and colon cancer diagnosis, surgery, and follow up appointments. I am blessed to have Dr. Krier looking after me. She and her staff are outstanding.

I had a very positive experience with the Dr. Krier and the entire staff. From the very friendly and helpful front office, to the RN, to the PA, to Dr. Krier, it was professional and very efficient. I really appreciate the "system" that they employ and would recommend this very competent doctor and staff.

I've been a patient of Dr. Krier's for over 7 years. She's one of the most caring, compassionate and understanding physicians I've ever met. She goes above and beyond and takes the extra time to listen to her patients. I have been cancer free since 2016 and owe a great part of that to her care and expertise. Thank you for being an important part of my healthcare team!

THANKFUL TO HAVE A NEW LIFE! What a releif to find Dr. Krier! I had had an ineffective surgery by a different surgeon, thus when Dr. Krier informed me of the correction needed, I was overwhelmed with the severity, yet grateful for her expertise! She was straight-forward about the recovery difficulty level, obviously knowledgeable and experienced, and answered my questions in a precise manner, all of which gave a sense of comfort. After surgery when I had questions they were answered promptly.

Dr. Krier was very responsive to my every question and concern. I called their busy office and was seen the same day. Dr. Krier and her nurse, Brittany and skilled, compassionate, kind and very professional. My surgery was a complete success and my follow up visits were useful and really took away my fears and concerns. I hope I don't need to go back but wouldn't hesitate to do so if the need arises.

2nd time being treat by Dr. Kelly. She's a freakin' pro. My only complaint... there's this one particular exam table that makes you feel like you're going to slide the hell off, even though you won't - just awkward.

I recently saw Dr. Krier for a second time, different reason. The office got me in the same day I called. Dr. Krier and her PA were professional, explained everything, answered questions and gave me different options for treatment. They were polite, respectful and I would definitely return and refer others.

I read the other comment, my feelings exactly. I wish I never had this surgeon, my outcome was not good, and I believe as a result of my experience she is dangerous to patients. I also have no way of knowing for sure, but suspect the positive feedback with no comments may not be real. My review is based on experience as a patient.
