Dr. Kelly Meek, MD

I had an appointment scheduled as a new patient. The night before I got stuck in the Dallas airport because of the snowstorm they’re having. My flight landed at 11 pm EST and I realized I would spend the night at the airport alone with my 4 young kids. Calling the office was the last thing in my mind that night. I was able to get on a flight to CLT the next morning, but it took off before the office opened. When I landed in CLT the first thing I did was call the office and apologize for missing my appointment without notice but explained the situation. They let me reschedule. That afternoon I got a voicemail from Kendra letting me know that Dr Meek had asked that my re-scheduled appointment be cancelled bc i had been a no show. I called back but no answer. A no-show is bad for the office, but this was a first time offense, with a pretty decent explanation. It was shocking to have my appointment cancelled and my phone call not returned as a result of something that was not in my control

Dr. Meek was my OB while pregnant with my first child. She was absolutely fantastic and I love the whole Carmel staff. I am sad they closed their Steelecroft office, otherwise I would still be seeing her!

Dr. Meek has delivered two of our babies. She has been absolutely wonderful.
