DO NOT GO to this office. Timely follow-ups and routine prescription calls, in my experience, have been abysmal. No patient should have to wait several weeks for a return call. They have allowed my prescriptions to lapse 4 times. I'm still waiting for him or his assistant to call in a prescription (I have been without it for 15 days now). They are unresponsive and will not work with the pharmacist to correct.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Kingsley, and the wonderful staff. He and his staff were kind, considerate, punctual and compassionate. My insurance has changed and I need to change uriologists for financials reasons. This has turned into a stressful nightmare. I have done serious research and no doctor or office staff can come close to comparing. Thank you for a wonderful year.

Dr Kingsly appears competent, but spent no time with me - a new patient with new medical diagnosis. I got no explanation on possible cause(s) or how to prevent in future (beyond drink more water). After a stay in the hospital, I didn't see Dr Kingsley again until it was time to remove my back tube. He was to perform the removal, but did not, instead handing it off to hospital staff. Biopsy results expected in a few weeks took 6 weeks and regularly calling. Results were not helpfully explained.
