Dr. Kenneth Lin, MD

I have seen Dr. Lin twice, and I have been trying to see him for the past 2 years with the feeling he has been avoiding me. I have set up appointments with him, but he has rescheduled or I have been appointed a different doctor. He was definitely invested in my health, and he understands what he is talking about but I always get the feeling that he doesn’t trust me. Maybe I’m a difficult patient and I come loaded with questions. He questioned my prescriptions initially and we agree I should come off of them someday, but he still always fills them and I haven’t been in to see him. I have messaged him about health concerns and he never replied. He questioned if I take any "supplements" he doesn't know about. I'm a big dude so he's right to question if I've taken steroids, but he beats around the bush too much and then acts like he doesn't believe me by repeated questioning. He's helped many people and isn't a bad doctor I just think he doesn't have time for everyone.

I waited 7 weeks for an appointment with Dr. Lin. He cancelled on me a few days before saying that he is not accepting new patients. Very unprofessional.

When I visited Dr. Lin about a growth on my thigh, he spent only a minute with me. He told me my concern was baseless and assured me that the growth was a harmless lipoma. Fortunately, my wife insisted I get a second opinion. It took two months to get in but the "harmless lipoma" turned out to be a life threatening cancer (soft tissue sarcoma). I would never recommend Dr. Lin. His pleasant smile and reassuring style is no substitute for quality care. He did no biopsy, scheduled no MRI nor did he refer me to a specialist.

He always smile. recommended one of my girl friend to go to him, both of us are very satisfy. The nurses some of them looks stress out, also busy n my rating to them are B-. One time I waited almost 45minutes but I did not complain cause is a good doctor to wait for. I give A rating to Mr. Lin, but the clinic staffs attitude some of them are not friendly especially when coffee finished. I understood this is not their job but needs to respect patients if they request for the coffee.
