I came to Dr. Charlotten during a very difficult period in my life. He has and continues to be a wonderful Doctor for me. He listens and advises. Once, I did not listen to him and it almost cost me my health! Do consider Dr. Charlotten for your medical needs.

Dr Charlotten is very rude. As we know the pandemic has effected most of us and myself personally. He was scolding me for canceling appointments and refused to refill my daily prescriptions. Him or is office did not give me an alternative solution ie: Telephonic visit. Refused to be flexible and his staff isn’t helpful at all. He said and I quote”if I find my need to see him and do blood tests unreasonably I can seek care elsewhere”. Aside from this all through March until present day I was not reached out to. As he also stated that is my responsibility to reach his office. I don’t know why he can’t keep it professional and because of this neither can his staff. I’d hate to think how he treats elderly patients! Also as he reiterated “you have poor health “ but that’s more of a reason to give me a call Sir! Honestly never had a dr speak to me so poorly! Lastly he stated my insurance was seeking him as to why I don’t go to my appointments which is a lie Bottom line is he’s unprofession

I was referred to Dr. Charlotten by a friend so I was quite surprised with my unpleasant experience. He was mostly polite during my first visit but quite sarcastic and rude during other visits. He seemed reluctant to give me referrals for specialists and during my most recent visit, did not want to answer questions I had regarding diagnoses. He really should work on his bedside manner. The rest of the staff are very polite. Perhaps he should ask them for tips. I am changing my PCP asap.
