Got dr referral, had file sent, waited 7 weeks & finally called them myself to be told I’m “not in their service area”. Cowardly waste of time

The staff were very polite and friendly, overall great place!

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Gietzen. He is knowledgeable and makes sure you understand your issues and whatever procedure is needed. He provided a short video explaining septoplasty which really helped put me at ease. I am very confident in him and he and the staff are so kind!!

Dr. Gietzen is the finest doctor in the area. If I could depend on all my doctors to care as much as he does, I would be extremely happy. He responds when I have a problem. He explains thoroughly explains everything to me, answers all my questions, solves my problems and has me in and out in less than 20 minutes. Yet I never feel rushed. He gives me printed copies of what we have accomplished or hope to accomplish. He is kind and sincere. I can tell by the way his staff handles everything that he cares enough to be sure he hires people who have the same caring attitude. I am always treated with respect and sincere caring.

It took a month and a half to get in to see Dr. Gietzen. The wait was worth it. He impressed me from the start as he already reviewed my prior tests and referral records before my appointment. Dr. Gietzen then asked me (and was interested in) hearing my story as to why I was there without rushing me, which assured me that I received an accurate diagnosis and will finally receive the care I need. The staff was very friendly and efficient.

Got in right on time. Routine visit. In and out quickly. Always goes smoothly.

Would definitely recommend Dr Geitzen as a Dr anytime. He is very attentive to his patients and very caring have no complaints at all with this physician.

The overall experience with Dr. Geitzen was everything I expected and was very good with the explanation of the matter so iwould recommend him for his work and along with his staff.

Most efficient visit. Staff courteous and friendly. They work hard to follow the CDC guidelines of social distancing. Dr Gietzen answered all my questions thoroughly and I found it helpful to listen to him dictate the visit to reiterate my visit and plan of care.

Dr. GIETZEN, his staff and assistants are warm, and not only are knowledgeable but listen and respond well with their patients. They spend a lot of time and make sure all questions and concerns are completely answered and very clear. I am completely satisfied. As a senior citizen it is comforting to be so very comfortable with, and confident in my health care.
