Dr chu is one of the best gynecologists

Dr Chu treated me with incredible care and performed my surgery successfully. I highly recommend her. There is a reason for the long wait times in her office. After all good things come to those who wait.

She nearly killed me and my baby. Completely unprofessional and tried pressuring me to breast feed despite telling her I was not interested. Also sent me home despite my blood levels being extremely low, had to go to the ER two days later.

Dr Chu has been my doctor for 23 years, she delivered my 19 yr old son. She is very thorough, very informative, smart & straight to the point. She is very very nice, never in a rush & listens well! The facility & staff is great also. Never changing my Doctor!

Dr. Chu is my go-to OB for health care needs. She has extensive decades-worth of medical experience and we are so grateful that she still continues to practice and carry out OB/GYN services. Great Doctor and staff!

Dr. Chu was not good! I was at office 15 minutes early for my appointment. Filled out at least 11 pages of info. and waited for over an hour and they wanted me to see nurse practitioner. I did not come to see NP. I was there to see the Dr. When I insistent to see the Dr. Chu she did the exam but she was rushing me out of the office, I which did not appreciated. The reason they don't answer their phone because the receptionist at her practice was on a personal call from time walked in. This is very unprofessional and just plain rude!. Staff in the back was also too busy eating snacks and talking loud. I am considering changing doctors because of Dr's and her staff been unprofessional and not caring. Dr. Chu should re-evaluate her staff and herself otherwise she will not have new patients!

I made an appointment for my daughter to see Dr. Kim-Thu Chue. My daughter is Handicapped and it can be a battle at times unless things are explained well to her. Dr. Kim talked and explained everything to her to where my daughter was very comfortable with her and had a good experience and said she liked her and considered her her doctor.

Visiting Dr. Chu's office was a pleasure. I tried other doctors first, all were disappointments on issues ranging from poor customer service on the phone to unwelcoming atmospheres and confusing procedures. Dr. Chu's office is nothing like that. Her waiting area is spotless and welcoming. The reception window is always open and the staff are most helpful. I was originally told the doctor was running late, but I was seen in a timely manner. (Other doctors, were consistently late with no explanation or apology.) Once in a patient room, it was immediately apparent the staff takes pride in their work and work environment. Every visible space was neat and clean and certainly inviting. Every person I came in contact with was polite and eager to assist. Dr. Chu was most professional and went the extra mile to ensure every option regarding my treatment was explained and every possible outcome understood. As I am not an English speaker, this is no easy task. I highly recommend Dr. Chu!

Dr. Chu has been my doctor since she began her practice. She is very thorough, caring and informative. I give her 5 plus stars. Fabi, her admin, is the nerve center who is efficient and addresses every question regarding appts., insurance etc. Dr. recently moved, which is a longer drive, but I do not mind because I want the best. My daughter is her patient too.

Dr. Chu always takes the time to explain things and answer any questions or concerns that you have. I believe she genuinely wants to put you at ease and definitely cares about her patients.

I have been seeing Dr. Chu for over 5 years. She delivered my first 2 babies. I’m currently pregnant with my 3rd baby but since Dr Chu is out of network with my current insurance, I’m forced to find a new OB. The pressure and stress I have to go thru to find someone like Dr Chu is very hard. I cried. She is literally the best. I am currently seeing a new OB and he is no where compare to Dr Chu, her great bedside manner, patients and knowledgeable. I also love her nurses and front desk lady as well. I love her team.

I’ve been given the most excellent care from Dr. Chu. I couldn’t think of a better doctor to help me along on the journey of my first pregnancy. She was very thorough with every answer to all my questions. When i was in the hospital delivering, she was constantly checking on me after i gave birth. When i gave birth she made sure that my husband was involved which I absolutely loved. I will 100% be going to Dr. Chu for the delivery and prenatal care for my other children. I can not say enough good things about her.

I went in extremely nervous and Dr. Chu helped calm my nerves right away. She took her time in explaining everything to me and never rushed me out of her office as some doctors have. What I really liked was that she provided me with multiple solutions to what I was experiencing and she gave me reasons as to why each solution would work. I would definitely recommend her to anyone! Also, her receptionist was really nice and so was the lady who took my blood work.

Although, Dr. Chu appears to be a caring healthcare professional her office staff and office manager Alison Ernst are dishonest and fail to follow up with imperative patient needs., and told my employer I was no longer a patient there. Wow! I will also be filing a complaint with HCA healthcare.

After years of going to Dr Chu i will never go back!!!! She is trying to literally cheat you out of money by coding your visits wrong. If you ask a question in the exam room they charge you for a visit instead of a yearly exam therefore my insurance didn’t cover it. They also do tests that are not authorized or discussed at all. I have had to pay for so much stuff that I should never have had to pay for. And it’s the last time I will do it!!!!! Also if you need a refill on your prescription you have to call the office at least 10 times - no exaggeration. Also you’ll have to wait over 2 hours past your appointment. Do not waste your money or time on this awful place! Very disappointed that this office has become what it has.
