Would not go back to see Dr. Drenser. What a cold and rude demeanor! I am a nurse, so I truly believe in the power of bedside manner. I was cut off mid sentence and told to step into the hallway to check out. I was floored at how rude and unprofessional this was, considering I had a few questions I wanted to ask. If I could give this doctor zero stars, I would.

Decided to go elsewhere because - Cold demeaner - even when there is a possibility of being totally blind. She may be very good at what she does but I never felt comfortable with her on my first and only visit. Staff rating totally depends on who you talk with. Example. I totally understand the Covid19 precautions. However, I wanted my wife to be with me during the follow up visit (like she was for my first visit) because I have trouble remembering details. My wife gets her temperature checked and several questions asked her every day when she goes in to work. I was repeatedly asked if I was "diagnosed" by a doctor with a memory deficiency. Told them I didn't have to be because I know I have difficulty. They said come in by yourself or go elsewhere.

Had a torn retina. Went to see a doctor I had years ago, he was off, so I saw Dr. Drenser instead. She was fantastic. Took care of my retina right then and there. Follow ups were good. Office is well run. For having to go to the doctors, it is a pleasurable experience as it can be. She is very professional, and gets right down to business. Not a long wait at all. I would recommend her with flying colors!
