Dr. Kimberly Higgins, MD

I booked an appointment with Dr Higgins, waited weeks to get in and then was told my appointment was canceled. I explained to the receptionist when she said my appointment was canceled that I had hit the wrong button when they sent me a reminder. BUT, I called the next day and explained what happened, they checked and said my appointment was still there and was not canceled. I am a teacher and the school had to hire a sub for my class from 10:45 until 12:30 when I was required to be back on campus. All because a receptionist obviously didn't look close enough at my appointment. My prescriptions are almost out and I now have to try to get an appointment somewhere else or drive 30 miles to see my previous physician.

Always on time, great staff, really listens, very knowledgeable, knows how to keep things moving forward. Doesn't sit in 'wait and see' mode like many doctors do. Very good at finding answers about questions through tests, labs, etc. Wonderful bedside manner!

Dr. Higgins stays up on the latest procedures and knows what medications are most appropriate for a problem. she is thorough and is very caring about her patients. We have moved out of the area recently. I just wish that we could have taken her with us.

She was 45 min. late. No refills. She asked the same questions over and over all the while interrupting. When I ended the call she laughed!
