Dr. Kimberly Marshall, MD

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Dr. Kimberly Marshall. Her bedside manner was unprofessional, judgmental, and unnecessarily aggressive. She provided inaccurate information in my medical documentation and showed a lack of empathy toward patient care. I strongly believe that no patient should have to endure the treatment I received, and I would not recommend her to anyone seeking compassionate and ethical medical care.

Dr. Marshall is excellent an OBGYN, she is very knowledgeable and straightforward which I appreciate. I was very nervous to give birth for the first time and Dr. Marshall was kind to answer all my questions and soothe this first time mom! She checked on me many times while I was laboring and when it was time for baby to come Dr. Marshall was prompt and totally calm. She talked me through the whole process as I was delivering and made me feel totally at ease. Despite all my fears about the birthing process, the actual event of it was not bad at all due to her professionalism and kindness. Grapevine hospital was also so amazing. Shout out to the nursing staff in L&D and the Postpartum unit, so so so incredible, my husband and I felt very well taken care of. When it's time for baby number 2 I will definitely be going back to Dr. Marshall!

Dr.Marshall is an amazing doctor. Very straightforward and informative during every appointment! My husband and I love going to our appointments.

Dr. Marshall gives off an ok first impression but after that, her moods vary widely. If you ask a question she doesn’t agree with she will let you know. She also had no compassion for an issue I was experiencing after childbirth, only that they couldn’t find a reason for the problem. Highly dismissive, judgmental and disregulated.

I researched and saw that Kimberly was rated very well a couple years ago. I read many reviews & saw that she was everything I wanted, kind, patient, caring & what a obgyn should be! I visited her back in February & the visit was very quick and she had some small talk with me. Then before I knew it she was out of the room. I told her I about my issues & she said I could try about 4 different options. So I did. I had another issue a couple weeks later so I made another appointment to check that out specifically. When I got there I was early and by the time she actually came in the room, 25 minutes had passed. So I waited 25 minutes and she was in the room for less than 5. She went on to tell me everything seemed fine & when I had some concerns or statements or questions, she kind of looked at me like ohhhhhh ok? And didn’t even try to hide her facial expressions & clearly looked as if she did not want to or did not have time for my appointment. None of my questions were answered!

Dr. Marshall delivered my two girls and I can not recommend her enough. She is very sweet and goes above and beyond. She even agreed to schedule my C-section early and on a holiday weekend. She is absolutely the best and we love her!

Dr. Marshall is the best! My husband and I got pregnant in 2020 in the midst of COVID and everything else going on. I had a high risk pregnancy with twins and experienced quite a bit throughout the journey. Dr. Marshall kept me informed throughout each visit and proactively shared ideas to help make the pregnancy easier for me. Her team is always prompt and friendly. They communicate very well with me. I am happy to share Dr. Marshall delivered my twins Fall 2020.

I'm 37 weeks pregnant and I have visited her since my first trimester. I moved here from California and was desperate to find a doctor who made me feel comfortable. Dr. Marshall was perfect! My husband and I were both satisfied. She was very nice and she explained thoroughly every time I visited her. I still have some weeks left until giving birth but I believe Dr. Marshall will be there for me so I have no worries.

Dr. Marshall has terrific bedside manner and went above and beyond when I had pregnancy scares to make me feel at ease (including allowing me to come in weekly to hear the heartbeat to ease my anxiety). She is excellent at her job and I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Marshall is amazing. She always made me feel comfortable during the many appointments I had while pregnant. The delivery of my son also went very smooth. I highly recommend her!

Dr Marshall is fantastic. She really listens to your concerns and never blows them off. She just did a laproscopic surgery on me for endometriosis and everything went very well! She is very kind and attentive, and a great doctor.

Horrible Staff, they can't even send an order to get blood work.

Dr.Marshall is very knowledgeable. I have lot of questions as this is my 1st pregnancy . She is very friendly and patient and listens all our concerns/questions carefully and answer them. I highly recommend her to my family and friends. Thank you very much Dr. Marshall!

She is very friendly. She explained everything in detail as I was my 1st pregnancy she was there even on weekend to deliver my baby.

Best OBGYN in Texas. Diagnosed my hormone issues after suffering for 8 years and seeing 3 other doctors. Can't say enough about her bedside manner. She's given me my life back and I feel better than I did 10 years ago.

Highly recommend!! I've seen the same doctor for the last 20 years and was very nervous about seeing a new doctor after mine retired. All my worries were for nothing! Dr. Marshall was absolutely wonderful!! Extremely thorough, took time to visit with me and was very reassuring. Can't rave about her enough!!

Dr. Marshall has been a God send! Bedside manner is so very important being in the medical profession and unfortunately not every doctor has it. She takes the time to know you as a person before eer being the doctor and I am forever grateful. She moved from Bedford to Grapevine and I will go wherever she goes!

she's been my doctor for 3 years- Dr. Marshall knows how to connect with her patients. She makes me not dread going to the doctor because she puts me at ease. She Does not rush her time with you and is great at what she does. I got Skyla 2.5 years ago and it still works! I love Dr. Marshall!
