Dr. Cooley is a kind person with enough professionalism with her patients.

I had an appointment And when I walked in the door, I was immediately greeted and made to feel welcome. I have been seeing Dr. Cooley for about 10 years And she is the best there is and very patient, very respectful of patients, extremely knowledgeable, always upbeat, and makes you feel like family. If dr. Cooley ever retire I wouldn’t know what to do because she is the doctor that I would see forever!

Waited over 1.5 hours to be seen.

One of my daughter’s friends recommended Dr. Cooley when I returned from deployment and needed a new gyno. Prior to deployment I had been told in a nutshell that I had stage 3 cancer cells and needed a hysterectomy. Dr. Cooley checked it out and that was not true. She reassured me about a lot of things that were not as bad as others had made them seem including some fibroid issues. Her whole team is very caring. Even her interns listen and help with issues not necessarily related to gyno. Very knowledgeable and very kind. Highly recommend!!

Dr Cooley is one of the most understanding, patient, and supportive doctors I’ve ever met in my 39 years on the planet! She’s been nothing but a blessing in my treatment journey. SHE LISTENS! SHE LISTENS! And did I say SHE LISTENS! Omg I love her!!

If I remember correctly, I was referred to Dr. Cooley in 2019. The staff is amazing and so is she! Cooley's expertise and care is unmatched! I wish that she was my primary care physician.

I've been seeing Dr. Cooley for years and she's the best. I'd recommend her to anyone. The atmosphere at the office is always great from the moment I arrive the staff is very pleasant. I love Dr. Cooley nurse Jessica she amazing as well. The entire visit is like catching up with family.

Dr. Cooley always go over and beyond what she has to do as a Doctor. She delivered 2 of my babies and would have delivered my last baby if I didnt have an emergency delivery. She end up having to do my emergency surgery and saved my life. She always does a great job and really cares about her patients. She is the only doctor I trust 100% and Im very grateful for her. Dr. Cooley is definitely one of the Top 10 OBGYNS of the Mid-south!

I went for my very first appointment and Dr. Cooley was ready to take care of my issues immediately.

Everyone was patient and kind, extremely professional and relatable. No judgments, they provide all the info you need and will help you with whatever issues you have pertaining to your health. I love my doctor and the staff!

I came 15 minutes earlier, for my appointment, as instructed. After about 45 minutes of waiting and seeing others who came after me get seen before me, I inquired on how long it may be. The front desk clerk took about 10 minutes before coming back to advise me that there is another two people in front of me due to them having ultrasounds. After trying to get a better understanding as to why I have to continue to wait and see how long, I was told, “You really don’t suppose to look at that.” The front desk clerk was referring to the sign in roster. She slowly removed it from my view until I sat down. I was trying to get a better idea of how long I may be, due to a prior obligation for another time. The front desk lady, was somewhat rude and not understanding of the frustration. She just stated that she was not given a time frame of how long before I will be able to be seen.

Dr. Cooley gained me as a patient March of 2020. I had been going to the same OB before her for 15 years and never knew any reproductive issues that may have been a factor with my pregnancy of my son that was a still born a year before. I told her i wanted to give it another try and she walked me through a plan and we stuck to it. Besides it being covid when were all locked down at the time she was the BEST doctor and STILL is. So nice and caring and will tell you the absolute TRUTH.

Overall: The staff are extremely friendly. Erin is great at Check in and Jessica is the best. Lauren is great too and she takes the time to listen & she follows up. I actually preferred to see her over Dr. Cooley because she has more time to help you & explain things. Dr. Cooley is sweet overall but she has too many patients. The wait time is extremely long. At best you will get out of there within an hour & half. Majority of that time will be you waiting. Dr. Cooley will barely spend 5 mins. With you. Her time with you is so short to the point she doesn’t even sit down to talk to you. I appreciate the fact that she showed up for the birthing of my baby unexpectedly. Her staff does follow up with you in a timely manner. My biggest challenge with Dr. Cooley is she push birth control or just medication on you instead finding a true answer to your woman’s health problems. As long as you do not have real health problems, she will be a great doctor for you.
