Cancelled appointment last minute.
I’ve had 3 consultations with this doctors office 1 in person. Two over the phone the last call today was to follow through with the procedure. Now I’ve been called and told that he had an emergency that popped up. And that he has to cancel the surgery procedure. This doesn’t take away 16 hours of pay from I and my spouses paycheck for scheduling the day off. He seemed nice in person but being nice doesn’t solve cancelling 3 days before a surgery. I went in December and here it is in February 3 days before surgery to be told you can’t perform the only thing I’ve requested from MetroHealth. This is saddening and unacceptable.

Great bedside manner. Very practical, informative, cautious, and puts things in layman's terms. Makes patients and staff comfortable. Professional demeanor. Highly recommended.
