I have been someone who has struggled with chronic migraines, chronic fibromyalgia, anxiety, and ptsd. With a complex medical history I spook a lot of Doctors. When I was seeking a pain specialist Dr Tsymbalov took complete ownership of my healthcare needs. Not only was his approach aggressive (which is what I needed after 6 years of suffering), but, he communicated very well and I could tell he truly cares for his patients. We are about to start trigger point injections soon. And, he’s helping me get my migraines under control. He also is the exact person I needed. First, my wife was a patient in albany Ga. We were heart broken when he moved. No one in Albany or Columbus could help my wife. I had my first visit today and was extremely impressed by Dr. Tsymbalov. He was very thorough in his examination of me. He took the time to actually sit down and talk to me. He was honest and straight forward making sure I was comfortable with his treatment. He asked me twice if I had any questions. He was focused on my health and wellbeing and Truly felt like He saw me and my issues as his main priorty thought the whole visit. It has been years since I felt that from a physician. Those of you who deal with chronic pain can relate to that. The young lady at the front desk and his assistant where also Polite, Respectful and answered any questions I had. I am so glad I choose Dr.Tysmbalov. If you are looking for a Doctor who will treat you with dignity, respect and actually has the desire to help you be the best version of yourself you can be ,Then I recommend Dr. Tysmbalov.

Dr. Tsymbalov REALLY listens and takes him time with you. He is about solving pain issues and not just passing out pain pills.

He is very knowledgeable, caring and thorough doctor. He basically predicted what my MRI will show even I did not have pain where he pointed at. Now my husband has scheduled an appointment with him. Dr. Tsymbalov became a family doctor, and a family saver.

I have never enjoyed the spinal injections and knee injections and such because well, they HURT. But with Dr. Tsymbalov, they don't. When getting a periformis injection in the hip.buttocks area or somewhere down there, I was scared silly, thinking it was going to be like other injections with other doctors but it wasn't. Dr Tsymbalov told me it was going to pinch a little and it did, just a VERY little, about what you'd get from a mosquito. I trust him and his staff completely.

My 88 year old mother was always in pain She is now considerable better. She's able to take road trip again and complete her favorite pastime, cooking!
