It was a phone consult. He called and was dismissive of anything we said. When my husband gave additional information, he said he didn't care (was digestive related). Then said he was going to prescribe the same medication that we told him didn't work. He never sent the prescription to the pharmacy. Got a bill for over $300 after a 2 minute call. Worst visit with a doctor I've ever had.

Great staff
The entire staff of the AZ West Endoscopy Center are great. They answered all questions and concerns with care and kindness. They know this was not a pleasant experience yet made it seem less so by their concer so my comfort and ease of mind. I would highly recommend them.
