I didn’t feel heard. She sent me for tests and then did not have a follow up appt available for a month; meanwhile, my stomach has been in so much pain ( and the previous spring I was hospitalized 3 times for stomach issues). I finally kept calling begging to get in, finally they squeezed me in. When the dr showed up in the exam room she ASKED ME if the results were back!!!! She was so unprepared and when I said yes I had themin my portal for two weeks, she said they’re probably in the back on her computer but never went to look and ASKED ME what the results were!!!! Seriously!?!?! I was livid! I shut down and was ready to get out of there. She had no answers and recommended I go to temple for further investigation! She had no compassion and it was like an assembly line…’next!’ Worse dr appt EVER! Didn’t touch my belly ask where symptoms were or how they felt…. Nothing! I even want my copay back!

Great bedside manner and lovely personality
I literally loved Dr.Braun the moment I met her. No nonsense straight to the point. I have a complicated health history, usually there’s lots of questions and such by physicians, not Dr.Braun she knew why I was there and focused on getting my procedure booked so I had one less thing to worry about.I appreciate her & her staff. Procedure day, I was slightly concerned a little anxious but her staff was legit awesome and Dr.Braun totally cool, calm & confident in her work. Immediately put me at ease. Highly recommend

Awful, disrespectful assistant (Christine?)
This is the second telephone conversation that I have had with the medical assistant in order to get results or information regarding my mother's care. I am her legal POA and advocate. In speaking with this woman, she is rude, and will not allow you to complete a sentence before she speaks over you. She will not leave a message to have the doctor call me back stating that I must make an appointment to just SPEAK to Dr. Braun. When I question this, she just HUNG UP on me!!!!! What kind of place is this? I get NO answers and I CANNOT SPEAK WITH THE DOCTOR????? DISGRACEFUL

Be careful if your situation is not routine
I have never seen a physician behave as poorly as she did. She must have dual personalities. My guess is that its' easy to do a colonostoply well, but when you are truly ill, be careful. I'm 66 and have a liver doctor that I've been seeing for over 10 years. He just specializes in livers at Jeff. Dr. Braun does not wish to get involved with complex issues and collaborating with other doctors is clearly not her thing. When she ran out of the room, which apparently she does, I felt like I dodged a bullet by not going further with her.

I had my procedure yesterday 1/26/2022. From the moment I walked in the door, everyone was so nice. I was early and they took me right away. Dr. Braun was super thorough with all the information. I highly recommend this practice.

Both my husband and I have received treatment from Dr. Braun. We found her to be both professional and informative. However her staff does not answer the phone during business hours and they don’t return your calls for one or two days unless they deem them worthy of their time. I find this to be a problem after waiting months for an in person appointment with Dr. Braun for a colonoscopy. I still do not have an appointment. The staff person who books the appointments views the patients as a nuisance and kept me dangling for an appt for three weeks waiting for her schedule to arrive from surgical center. I called and left messages three times with no outcome . Finally called my primary and they had to leave message as well. With that incentive I got a call back and staff person informed me the doctor was doing no procedures for December. I think she knew this weeks ago. This is a problem and sign of more serious outcomes. I will seek another provider. Too hard to communicate.

This doctor should be ashamed. She treated me like scum and like I was less then human. Instead of helping me she just made malicious and false allegations against me. Doctors like this are the exact reason it is hard to be a young person who suffer from crhonic illness. I was completely disguisted and hurt by the treatment I received. Doctors like this have no business practicing medicine since they do more harm then good.

Dr. Braun is a wonderful doctor. I went for a routine colonoscopy. She takes plenty of time with you to understand your history and explain all about your procedure. Her staff both at the office and at the outpatient center is superb and very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend her for whatever GI issue you may be experiencing.
