Not knowledgeable enough to give simple injection
Called to see if he could give me a simple cortisone shot in my middle knuckle due to arthritis, they said yes, they could. Dr. Ehlert walks in and says he couldn't do it because of the location and would also have to do an ultrasound. I guess to drive up the cost of the bill. He had no concern of the level of pain I was in. I called another office, and they were able to get me in right away and give me the cortisone injection I needed.

Dismissive and condescending
Did absolutely nothing for my pain. Told me I should not have even come to see him and belittled my pain due to the fact that I was “able to move my legs”. Very condescending and rude.

Great doctor and did a great job on my femur surgery! Office is not wheelchair or handicap friendly, No slide boards and I had to bring my own to get on X ray table. Also the wheelchair ramp is unsafe and you have to go uphill to get to the electric doors that need to be checked out also. I suggest you get in a wheelchair and try to get into the office and Xray table and see what I am talking about.

Met with Dr. Ehlert today regarding an ankle injury. Very friendly and professional. Made initial diagnosis before X-rays and then suggested not drawing any conclusions until after X-rays were available. After X-rays revealed no fractures, Dr. Ehlert recommended an ankle boot to stabilize the injured area and also therapy sessions, but added that the therapy sessions were totally my decision. I decided to do therapy at home, and Dr. Ehlert provided documentation for therapy exercises.
