I tried to get follow up information twice and he didn't respond

No bed side manner whatsoever. It was embarrassing how appalling his behavior was. It took 7 weeks to get an initial appointment with this provider. This was followed by appointments for lab work, MRI and Biopsy. Biopsy appointment was changed within days of being scheduled. Then the day before the biopsy I got another voicemail that the appointment was changed again. New appointment date was more than TEN WEEKS later. I am done with this provider and probably University Hospitals altogether. Very dissatisfied with the lackadaisical attitude of this provider and his office staff. RUN AWAY to any other provider out there.

Kurt Schneider is the rare surgeon who is skillful in the operating room and compassionate when treating patients. He’s always communicated thoroughly with myself, my friends and family and has taken and returned my calls at all hours. I’ve been a patient for many years and couldn’t ask for a better or more collaborative partner.

Took out bilateral stones but ending up having UTI's every month. In hospital within 6 months, another UH doctor team stated I needed a longer method of meds to get rid of difficult infections, but got hives from meds. Went back to Dr Schneider he told me NO WAY. Last time I went to him. He dies not listen. His staff (billing) gets codes incorrect as I kept getting bills for rejected claims, ZOO

Very responsive about my kidney stone concerns. I am able to come in same day for urine labs and get results to ease my mind and anxiety.

Extremely disappointed in the care my husband received. After doing follow up blood work for elevated PSA, in which the PSA level was even higher, we did not receive a call with results and follow up steps for over a week. This was even after my husband called them for next step. When he finally received a call, he explained that he had a new cancer diagnosis since seeing Dr Schneider and asking how, if at all, this would affect going forward, we have not received ANY follow through. He has called twice with the nurse telling him she would go speak with doctor and call back. Nothing. Needless to say we are getting a new urologist. Terrible care!!

My dad is 93 and have seen so many doctors. I’m very aware of good and bad experiences with doctors. Dr Schneider is a doctor that went through school and now gets a paycheck. No personal connection only goes by medical recommendations not by each patients needs. This is what we have today.

Surgical complications which led to Urgent Care and ER visits. My husband made multiple office appointments and was told that everything was fine. After seeking a new doctor we found out that he had developed a severe bacterial infection which required a strong treatment of antibiotics, blood work and ultrasounds. I do not recommend as this doctor does not care for his patients.

Did not appear to be competent and overstepped his area of expertise. Did not read other health professionals recommendations and was dismissive when these were brought up.

Excellent in every aspect. TOP QUALITY
